• Parents must apply in writing if a student is required at home during the school hours. No student is sent home with another person without a written letter from the parents.
• For protracted absence due to illness, a medical certificate must be submitted. A student returning after illness must produce a clearance certificate from a qualified doctor.
• Repeated absence without leave and continued absence from school for more than 10 days without prior sanction of leave may result in the name of student being struck off the rolls.
• All students are expected to attend school on the reopening day after each vacation. Those who are absent without leave are fined.

Parents and guardians are required to attend the Parent Teacher Meetings which are held on a bimonthly basis for which prior notification is sent to the Parents.These meetings facilitate a proper interaction between the parent and teacher and enable the teacher to update the parents on the progress of the child.

On all class days and at school functions, the students are expected to wear the uniform prescribed for the season.

A notification is sent before the end of academic session to the Parents. In case a Parent wishes to withdraw his/her ward from the school, he/she must apply in writing within the stipulated time. In absence of such an application, two months fee will be charged. School leaving certificate is issued only after all the outstanding dues have been paid by the parent. Students who leave the school without clearing their dues will not be entitled to any sort of testimonials from the school.
